اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان:
تمنى المبعوث الخاص للجنة الدولية والمجلس الجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والشرق الأوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد على رئيس جمهورية لبنان العماد ميشال عون القيام بزيارة عنوانها عودة النازحين السورين إلى المناطق الأمنة بغية تخفيف العبء المتعدد على لبنان وشعبه نتيجة تحمل الحكومات العبء الأكبر من المستلزمات المعيشية للنازح السوري.
ورأى السفير ابو سعيد أنه حان الوقت لذلك سيما أن سوريا تشهد إستقرار في مناطق عديدة خصوصا التي تم تحريرها من قبل الجيش والفصائل الداعمة له ويمكنها ان تستوعب كل النازحين في دول الجوار.
وأشار ايضا إلى أن الهيومن رايتس كوميشون الدولية وما لها من صفة دولية (إيكوسوك) يمكن أن تلعب دور الرقابة على مجريات التطبيق ومتابعة كل الهواجس ‘اذ ما أرادة الحكومتين ذلك، بحيث تضمن تسهيل ضمان الجهة الحقوقية من القضيةفي حال كان هناك من مخاوف ما أو قد يكون هناك من تشويه لبعض الحقائق التي تقوم بها جهات سياسية معينة. كما على الدول التي تقوم بإرسال الدعم المالي تحويله إلى المفوضية الدولية للآجئين في سوريا لضمان وصول الساعدات المالية الخاصة بهم.
Ambassador Saeed wished President Aoun to visit Syria to solve the issue of the displaced Syrians
The Special Envoy of the International Committee and the International Council for Human Rights and the Middle East, Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said, wished the President of the Republic of Lebanon, General Michel Aoun, to undertake a visit entitled the return of the displaced Syrians to safe areas in order to alleviate the multiple burden on Lebanon and its people as a result of governments bearing the brunt of the living necessities of the displaced Syrians.
Ambassador Abu Saeed said that the time has come for that, especially since Syria is witnessing stability in many areas, especially those that have been liberated by the army and the factions that support it, and that it can absorb all the displaced in neighboring countries.
He also indicated that Human Rights Commission International and its international character (ECOSOC) can play the role of monitoring the course of implementation and following up on all concerns if the two governments want it, so as to ensure the facilitation of ensuring the human rights body of the case in the event there are any concerns or it may be Some facts are distorted by certain political parties, and the countries that send financial support should transfer it to the International Commission for Refugees in Syria to ensure the arrival of financial aid for them
