اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان تدي إعدام نافيذ أفكاري في إيران

اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان – جريدة البديل السياسي:

أعلنت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان إدانتها الصارخة لإعدام الملاكم الإيراني " نافيد أفكاري " البالغ من العمر سبعة وعشرون عاماً (27)  حيث تنفيذ حكم الإعدام بحقه  في سجن "عادل آباد" بمدينة شيراز جنوب إيران.

وجددت اللجنة مطالبتها الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيراني وباقي دول الأغضاء في الجمعية العمومية للأمم المتحدة إحترام للقرارات الصادرة سابقاً بوقف الإعدامات في دولها وإجتراح قانون تعديدل برلماني في هذا الصدد.

وأكد مفوض الشرق الأوسط للجنة  ومبعوث الخاص للمجلس الدولي إلى جنيف أنه مهما كان فعل نافيد فإنالقصاص جاء شديداً وغير مقبول على مستوى الإنساني، داعيا السلطات إلى إعادة النظر في القوانين مستقبلاً منعاً لأي إجراء قد يتم في هذا الصدد.

The International Commission for Human Rights announced its blatant condemnation of the execution of the twenty-seven-year-old Iranian boxer “Navid Afkari” (27), as he was executed in “Adel Abad” prison in the city of Shiraz, southern Iran.
The committee renewed its call on the Islamic Republic of Iran and the rest of the countries in the United Nations General Assembly to respect the decisions issued previously to halt executions in their countries and to introduce a parliamentary amendment law in this regard.
The Commissioner for the Middle East of the Commission and the Special Envoy of the International Council to Geneva confirmed that whatever Naveed did, the retribution was severe and unacceptable at the level of humanity, calling on the authorities to reconsider the laws in the future to prevent any action that might take place in this regard.
